Apartment Deep Cleaning
Service includes (up to 3 hours): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces to include door handles, light switches, and frame/window sills. - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Mopping all other flooring - Cleaning/Dusting baseboards, walls, blinds, electronics, ceiling fans - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen (excluding dishes) - Cleaning inside oven and refrigerator/freezer - Top of the refrigerator, cabinet wipe down inside & and out - Wipe off tops of washing machine/dryer - Microwave clean-out *Windows inside at an additional cost (see Add-Ons) Note: Pricing is based on average cost and may be more for square footage, level of cleaning and time required
Kitchen + Bathroom (Only) Cleaning
Cleaning includes (up to 3 hours): - Clean and sanitize the kitchen (excluding dishes, cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven) - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces including door handles/light switches/electrical outlets - Sweeping and mopping all floors - Dusting surfaces - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, bathtub, shower *Requires initial deep cleaning
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Services includes (starts at 3 hours and up): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces to include door handles, light switches, and frame/windowsills. - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Mopping/sweeping all other flooring - Cleaning/Dusting baseboards, walls, blinds, electronics, ceiling fans - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen (excluding dishes) - Cleaning inside oven and refrigerator/freezer - Top of the refrigerator, cabinet wipe down inside and out, sink, front of dishwashing machine - Wipe off tops of washing machine/dryer - Microwave clean-out *Windows inside at an additional cost (see Add-Ons) Note: Pricing is based on average cost and may be more for square footage and level of cleaning and time required
1 Bed + 1 Bath + Kitchen (Combo I)
Cleaning includes (up to 3 hours): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces including door handles/light switches - Vacuuming all carpeted areas and mopping/sweeping all floors - Dusting décor, ceiling fans and electronics - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, bathtub, shower - Clean and sanitize the kitchen (excluding dishes, cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven) *Initial deep cleaning required
2 Bed + 1-2.5 Bath + Kitchen (Combo II)
Cleaning includes (up to 3.5 hours): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces including door handles/light switches - Vacuuming all carpeted areas and mopping all floors - Dusting décor, ceiling fans and electronics - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, bathtub, shower - Clean and sanitize the kitchen (excluding dishes, cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven)
3 Bed + 2.5 Bath + Kitchen (Combo III)
Cleaning includes (up to 4 hours): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces including door handles/light switches - Vacuuming all carpeted areas and mopping all floors - Dusting décor, ceiling fans and electronics - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, bathtub, shower - Clean and sanitize the kitchen (excluding dishes, cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven)

ADD ON: Baseboards
Service includes baseboard cleaning starting at $10 per room* - Call for your per room pricing count - Add on to one of our main HoneyBee cleaning services - Call for custom pricing of more than 7 rooms Note: -HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning. - *When not included in a deep clean or move-in/move-out
ADD ON: Blind Cleaning
Service includes blind cleaning - starting at $10 per blind panel - Call for your pricing for more than 20 blind panels - Add on to one of our main HoneyBee cleaning services - Clear dust and seasonal dirt from your blinds Note: HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning.
ADD ON: Organization
Service includes: (starting at $30 per hour) - Decluttering - Preparing seasonal item for storage - Moving items to designated spaces - Put away clean clothes/organize laundry - Clear nightstands/dressers - Make up bed(s) - Clean Linens Only - Stack books/magazines ... and more Note: Call to discuss your specific needs or more than 5 hours of organizing assistance
ADD ON: Refrigerator Cleaning
Service includes interior/exterior fridge cleaning - Basic/Premium options - Basic includes wipe down outside, polish stainless steel, wipe down inside - Premium services includes Basic service + breaking down inside by removal and cleaning of shelves and drawers + removal of all items + clean/wipe down complete inside of refrigerator + replace shelves + drawers and food items neatly. - Add on to main HoneyBee Cleaning Services Note: HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning.
ADD ON: Bed Linens
Service includes the following - starting at $10 per bed - Replace with clean linens (only) remove linens and store in laundry/laundry room - $10 per bed - Replace clean linens + make bed - $15 per bed - Add on to one of our main HoneyBee cleaning cleaning services Note(s): - Clean linen replacement only. We don't handle or put used linens on the beds. - HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning. ADD ON: Dishwasher Load/Unload
Service includes Loading or Unloading dishes to dishwasher - starting at $20 per load - Load dishes only - $20 per load - Unload and put away - $30 per load - Add on to one of our main Honey Bee cleaning services Notes: HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning.
ADD ON: Oven Cleaning
Service includes interior/exterior oven cleaning - Basic or Premium options - Basic includes wipe down outside, polish stainless steel, wipe down inside - Premium service includes all services from Basic + deep clean inside of the oven, clean glass door inside and out, remove grease or stains. Clean oven racks, remove and replace. Clean smooth top range, wipe down knobs. etc. - Add on to main HoneyBee Cleaning Services Notes: HoneyBee Cleaning Co., reserves the right to increase the initial estimate if the home is larger than quoted or there is pet hair requiring deeper or more detailed cleaning.
