Service Description
Cleaning includes (up to 3 hours): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces including door handles/light switches - Vacuuming all carpeted areas and mopping/sweeping all floors - Dusting décor, ceiling fans and electronics - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, bathtub, shower - Clean and sanitize the kitchen (excluding dishes, cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven) *Initial deep cleaning required
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – HoneyBee Cleaning Co LLC Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate or the full deposit amount]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. If HoneyBee Cleaning Co. LLC cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
