Service Description

Services includes (starts at 3 hours and up): - Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces to include door handles, light switches, and frame/windowsills. - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Mopping/sweeping all other flooring - Cleaning/Dusting baseboards, walls, blinds, electronics, ceiling fans - Cleaning all glass surfaces - Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen (excluding dishes) - Cleaning inside oven and refrigerator/freezer - Top of the refrigerator, cabinet wipe down inside and out, sink, front of dishwashing machine - Wipe off tops of washing machine/dryer - Microwave clean-out *Windows inside at an additional cost (see Add-Ons) Note: Pricing is based on average cost and may be more for square footage and level of cleaning and time required

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – HoneyBee Cleaning Co LLC Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate or the full deposit amount]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. If HoneyBee Cleaning Co. LLC cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
